LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR - Supervisee

Miah earned his master’s degree in counseling with a specialization in clinical mental health from Northern State University. He is currently working towards his PhD in psychology with a specialization of theology at Liberty University. Miah has experience in clinical and school counseling. He has experience working with a wide range of demographics and is welcoming of all people. His theoretical orientation is Christ-centered therapy, psychoanalysis, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy. He provides individual, group, family, and couples counseling. 

Miah lives in Aberdeen, SD with his wife and their dog Davy. In his free time Miah enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing. Miah also loves to study and discuss scripture with friends and family. Miah is currently being supervised as he works towards his LPC licensure. He is offering both in-office and telehealth counseling services.
